It’s time to take care of yourself.

January 10-16. Peniche, Portugal.

How many times have you thought that it's time to slow down and take a breath? How many times have you told yourself that maybe you shouldn’t be taking on all of this? That you’re just not managing to live fully, squeezing in quick weekend breaks and the occasional holiday?

Your health starts to falter, and the doctors shrug, saying that, technically, you’re healthy, but it's just stress?

They prescribe a handful of medications that don’t so much heal as keep you functioning, but the anxiety remains, along with the sleepless nights, the fatigue, and maybe even a whole range of other symptoms that, while livable, don’t exactly make life enjoyable.

Now imagine giving yourself a week by the ocean—where you wake up to the sound of seagulls, sip your morning coffee with fresh croissants at a leisurely pace, wander along empty sandy beaches, letting the wind play with your hair, and watch surfers take on the waves.

Here, an experienced Chinese medicine practitioner, will give you a thorough explanation of your condition, explain it clearly, help you tackle your issues, and, of course, provide several acupuncture sessions.

In addition to acupuncture, he’ll guide you through a daily Qigong routine that will enhance the effectiveness of the therapy.

You’ll have plenty of free time to enjoy the Portuguese Atlantic coast, try local cuisine, truly unwind, and start feeling much better.
Give yourself this break. You’ve earned it.
