MECHANICS OF SILENCE
A technical approach to internal arts, biomechanics, and nervous system regulation.
From the Wudang Mountains to modern physiology.
Unveiling the Method
The "Mechanics of Silence" is a practical system that replaces esoteric theories with physical facts.

We work on structural alignment to stack the skeleton correctly, allowing your muscles and back to finally stop overworking.

We focus on diaphragm release to unlock restricted breathing and naturally settle the nervous system.

By developing mind-in-body awareness, you learn to pinpoint and relax deep-seated tension that regular exercise cannot reach.

The goal is simple: to give you a clear, internal map of your own body and the tools to keep it functional, quiet, and resilient.
Fascial Elasticity & Tensegrity

Instead of isolated muscle stretching, we focus on the fascial networks. We treat the body as a "tensegrity" structure, where every part affects the whole, restoring the natural spring-like quality of the connective tissues.

Diaphragm release

This focus is on practical techniques to free the diaphragm and restore the body’s natural respiratory engine. By releasing chronic tension in the rib cage, we unlock the breath as a tool for nervous system regulation and pressure management. It is a physical reset that instantly lowers stress and improves core stability.

Mind-in-body awareness

Cultivating a heightened sense of internal sensation and presence. We train the nervous system to develop a "high-definition map" of the body, allowing the mind to perceive and release deep-seated tensions that are usually ignored. This awareness turns vague physical presence into a precise tool for self-regulation and quiet strength

Internal Mechanics Specialist
A Unique Synthesis of Academic Rigor and Martial Arts Mastery.

My approach to the human body is informed by two decades of intensive study across different disciplines. Before fully committing to internal arts, I spent 10 years as a University Professor with a PhD in Sociology. This academic background allows me to structure my teaching with methodological precision and a deep understanding of human behavior.

The Path of Mastery:
  • Wudang Mountains, China (8 years): I lived and taught at a professional Kung Fu school, becoming a certified Master of Wudang Taiji and Qigong.
  • Lotus Nei Gong (Current, 4 years): Based in Bali, I continue my development within the technical system of Damo Mitchell, focusing on the "Mechanics of Silence."
  • Martial Discipline: As a practitioner of Muay Thai and Boxing, I bridge the gap between high-intensity physical training and deep internal recovery.
I don't just teach movements; I provide a structured, evidence-based methodology for nervous system regulation and biomechanical efficiency. My sessions are conducted with the clarity of a translator and the systematic approach of a scholar.
Key Features
Experience the benefits of biomechanics, fascia release, and nervous system regulation. Optimize your body's potential through targeted training.
Biomechanics mastery
Understand the intricate interplay of movement and structure. We focus on skeletal stacking and gravitational efficiency, teaching the body to move as a precise, integrated system rather than a collection of parts.
Fascia release techniques
Discover methods to unlock deep-seated tension and restore the body's natural elasticity. By working with the fascial networks (tensegrity), we move beyond traditional stretching to enhance true structural flexibility and resilience.
Nervous system regulation
Learn practical tools to cultivate a state of "quiet power." Through targeted diaphragm work and internal focus, we train the nervous system to shift from stress to active recovery, enhancing both mental calm and physical capacity.
